We keep things simple: we don’t require accounts, we don’t process payments on this site, and we don’t use cookies or analytics tools to track visitors.

• Mailing list and “Notify Me” sign-ups. These links take you to a Google Form hosted by Google, not this website. Whatever you submit there (typically your name and email address) is collected by Google on our behalf and shared with us so we can add you to our list and keep you updated about the program. Google’s own privacy policy governs how they handle that submission.
• Direct contact. If you email or call us using the contact details in our footer, we receive whatever information you choose to share (such as your email address, phone number, or message) so we can respond to you.
• Program calendar. Our Calendar page embeds a Google Calendar. Google may set its own cookies or collect technical data when that embed loads, under Google’s privacy policy.
• Standard technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and access times) for security and reliability purposes. We don’t use this information to track individual visitors.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above only to communicate with you about Copper to Gold — for example, to respond to a question, send program updates to our mailing list, or coordinate a cohort. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Donations

Our Support Us page lists several ways to donate, including Zelle, Venmo, check, and Benevity. Each of these is operated by its own company, and any payment information you provide is handled directly by that service under its own privacy policy — we don’t collect or store your payment details ourselves.

Cookies & Tracking

This website itself does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Third-party services we link to or embed (Google Forms, Google Calendar) may use their own cookies as described in their respective privacy policies.

Children’s Privacy

Our program and website are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
